MISSION STATEMENT FOR MIDDLE COLLEGE
The mission of MNPS Middle College High School is to provide all students with the academic skills, program of studies, and personal support to graduate on time and to earn early college credit hours while they bridge the gap between secondary and higher education.

Middle College High School will become the premier option school of Metro Nashville Public Schools, providing a beacon of opportunity for Nashville's high school students and becoming a model for like schools throughout the nation.
BELIEF STATEMENT FOR MIDDLE COLLEGE
At Middle College High School we believe that we will accept personal responsibility for teaching students character qualities that will help them evaluate the consequences of, and accept the responsibility for, their actions and choices. We affirm that parents are the primary moral educators of their students, but we believe that all educators are obligated to help foster civic virtues such as integrity, diligence, responsibility, cooperation, loyalty, fidelity and respect…for the law, for others, and for self.
